The cross linking shrink film can easily solve the common problems Part-2
Time:2019-01-12 10:30Click:
In the process of shrink packaging, we often encounter some problems such as flatulence of the shrink film, atomization, sealing and bursting. Adjusting the shrink device can correct some defects, but it can not be perfectly solved. To shrink the perfect products, only cross linked membranes can be selected. Crosslinking membrane, also known as POF crosslinking membrane, cross-linked shrink film, also known as imported shrink film, D9. Crosslinked films have excellent shrinkage (80%), stronger physical properties (30% higher than ordinary POF), stronger sealing and wider range of shrinkage temperature, which can solve most of the problems encountered during the contraction process.
Guangdong Shunde coxlin New Material Co., Ltd. is a small number of domestic shrinkable film manufacturers with crosslinking technology. At present, the products produced by Guangdong cos Co., Ltd., with excellent performance and high performance price ratio, are rapidly covering the Southern China area and radiating to the whole country and abroad.
In the process of shrink packaging, there are many common problems.
Flatulence
Hot air is kept in the contraction membrane
Solution:
1, increase the number of air holes to speed up the leakage of air from the shrink film.
2, slow down the speed of conveyor belt, so that the hot air has longer leakage time from the shrink film.
3. Increasing the temperature of the packaging machine helps air leak out of the shrink film.
Ordinary POF, through adjustment, can solve the problem of flatulence, but it will produce another shrinkage defect. First, increasing the air hole can make the angle of the bag bigger. Secondly, slowing down speed and increasing temperature will affect some temperature sensitive products, such as PVC or PET products on color boxes, or products that can't touch high temperature, such as chocolate.
The use of cross-linked membranes can solve this problem without causing other shrinkage defects.
